The benefits of using NuCalm are broad, but the best way to serve yourself is to begin your NuCalm journey by developing a daily Rescueroutine.

Rescue is the therapeutic core of NuCalm, gently tuning down your brain’s frequencies to a state of calm and restoration.

At least one Rescuejourney is recommended every day during your first week.

How to use Rescue

First, find a safe, comfortable place to lie down. Put your phone on “Do Not Disturb”.

Step 1:Select the Rescue Journey.

Step 2:Wear an eye mask.

Step 3:Put on your favorite headphones.

Step 4:Press play and enjoy your NuCalm relaxation.

Allow yourself the opportunity to relax, and let NuCalm do the work for you. We have mastered the brain so you can master your stress. During Rescue your mind will wander as you relax into a deep state of bliss where your breathing slows down and your body feels heavy. On days when you don’t have time for a Rescue journey, try the 20-minute PowerNap Journey.

What time of the day should I NuCalm?

Most NuCalm users like to do a Rescue or PowerNap session in the afternoon when their energy dips. Avoid Rescue or PowerNap within 3 hours of your bedtime because it may energize you.
